Wave goodbye to summer because Autumn is just around the corner and playing the Ace card.

Lets not be too sad, but summer is almost over! France lends itself to a fab interim between those summer nights and Autumn evenings and with that comes a change in market produce. Its not quite the calling for comfort food and winter woolies just yet, but this is the best time to stock my cupboard with Autumnal and winter pots, ready for that warm evening meal and Christmas baskets. Yes, I did just mention the C word. After a very busy summer, I have dedicated next week to stocking my larder. Mint & Basil Jelly, Chilli, Fig and Red pepper jam, Tomato & Quince Chutney and Tomato & Chorizo jams.
