It started with Toast and the green eyed monster that I carry around when I see an old traditional kitchen boasting the enviable Aga proudly installed often under inglenook beams and traditional stone walls. My grandmothers old dusty blue 4 oven cooking machine was the introduction of the best and most simplest of dishes, that can never be reproduced in an modern day machine......Toast. I always said I would one day, live in home with an Aga but have yet to make that happe

The last year has been full of challenges, and survival in it for business has been tough. I hope we are coming out the other end, but it's clear there have been changes made to accommodate this new world. Whilst I was happy enough in the old one and I personally am not keen on some makes of the new, there are some things, especially around the food market, that I see from my past decades.
