Its the perfect Apricot

When children cant wait to eat fruit, you can see the pure joy in thier eyes. ;-)

Tis the season for some stunning fruits. This little one needs no introduction and quite frankly no messing. It does however make a fabUlous tart, its also pretty great roasted and served with crispy belly of pork, not too mention a great apricot & chilli jam for cheese.............But why bother!
